I’m sure Malika provide a great brow experience but gels was far from satisfactory. The staff pulled out a couple of uncomfortable fold out plastic chairs for the appointment, they filled my cuticles while removing my current gels and the shaping was so poor I left before the therapist finished the appointment. Malika was kind enough to recognise my disappointment and only charged me for gel removals (they asked for payment for shaping and I declined since the shaping was poor).

I had a two week top up on lashes done elsewhere. My beautician was quick and efficient and my lashes look natural but also lovely and full she did a great job. My only critique is that usually lashes are done in a separate room lying down on a bed whereas these are done in a chair in the main salon, so not as relaxing. But extremely happy with my lashes, would recommend.
