The staff are very nice and they did a great job, the only negative is that booking an appointment doesn’t seem to have much impact as to when you’re actually seen- it’s still as and when someone is ready to see to you. I was waiting over 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time which isn’t ideal when you’re on a lunch break! It also wasn’t acknowledged that I had to wait so I assume this is just a given.

Staff was nice but they don’t know how to do lash lift..
My eyelashes were curly after the treatment, the result is awfull !
And now I’m losing almost all my eyelashes... while I use to have a lot

Malika is in a great location and the beautician took the time to ask how i wanted my eyebrows to look. It took longer than normal and I was left with bleeding/now a small scab to one eyelid which has never happened before (I have been threading my eyebrows for about 4 years) which was disappointing. Overall, I felt it was overpriced for the treatment but I am happy with the way my eyebrows have been shaped
