This is a very basic place that has very little if any ambience. If you want a quick eyebrow was or swift manicure it’s fine. If you want anything else or any sense of relaxation I might look elsewhere.

The staff are very nice and they did a great job, the only negative is that booking an appointment doesn’t seem to have much impact as to when you’re actually seen- it’s still as and when someone is ready to see to you. I was waiting over 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time which isn’t ideal when you’re on a lunch break! It also wasn’t acknowledged that I had to wait so I assume this is just a given.
