The steam room was being repaired, so we couldn't use. The jets on the wall of jacuzzi aren't working. The massage room was actually an office with a desk making is unpleasantly awkward to walk around the massage table in the room.
Wish the massager can press a bit harder and concentrated more on the problem area.

My friend and I enjoyed our treatments, but it took over 14 days of leaving messages before I managed to confirm the booking. Messages were left asking the manager to call me (because the assistant could not work the booking system) but no one returned my calls. I had to go via the hotel reception in the end and. after finally making the appointment, the pool facilities were closed and spa wanted me to rebook.
Spa facilities, staff and booking was excellent.
The only issue i had was that my treatment was only 20 mins rather than the time stated when purchasing voucher. Treatment was good but would have enjoyed it more if i had the full time, otherwise value for money and had a great day.
This was a lovely place and experience. The massage was lovely and the facial was also great. The therapist was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience. The facilities were good too.

Great massage! The pool is nice if a bit small, nice hot tub, changing rooms, steam room all good. Cleanliness generally good. Welcoming staff. Location not ideal but overall a nice relaxing experience.
