Great massage! The pool is nice if a bit small, nice hot tub, changing rooms, steam room all good. Cleanliness generally good. Welcoming staff. Location not ideal but overall a nice relaxing experience.

It was a good experience, the only thing it was too many children in the swimming pool running around so we couldn't enjoy it. It would be better to have special time for families, children and adults

They should have different timetable for children. Too many of them at the same time. Impossible to relax in the spa. The massage war very good.

Really loved the treatment and my skin looks great. The girl was very knowledgeable as well with various treatments and procedures. Just wished I was informed that the steam room was being repaired that day as I would have rebooked as I arrived early to specifically use it. That was a bit disappointing. However, would highly recommend and in fact, did recommend this spa to a co-worker this morning.

I was really impressed with my treatment. Although the spa is in an anonymous holiday inn it had a really peaceful atmosphere. There's not much I could complain about the treatment (deep tissue massage) apart from the slight delay waiting for it to start, and I was disappointed that the therapist didn't massage my arms. Overall it was a great experience. I used the spa facilities after my treatment and although the steam room was missing lots of tiles and the jacuzzi was a bit tatty, it was a pleasant way to spend the afternoon.
