I am incredibly disappointed in the balayage I had (I also paid extra for to have a creative stylist). I spent a lot of time researching and was excited to come in and have a new hair style for the new year and spent a lot of money having it done. What I walked out with was a very uneven block hair dye that just looks like I have bad roots. Even as I was getting ready to leave I saw other employees look at it in confusion to what I have had done. I actually think that he forgot he was doing a balayage but what I left with I have no idea what he thought it was, and I went home in tears. I am now going to a different hairdressers to spend more money and desperately try and fix the disaster created. Such a shame as the place itself is really nice and the previous reviews are great.
