Nahid was friendly and professional. Treatment was lovely and wash basin comfortable. Treatment not as deep as I hoped but feels very healthy. Haircut was done very well. A bit shorter than I hoped for but I did say to take off all the damaged bits. Was given a herbal tea which I enjoyed and music playing was very nice.
