I had upper lip, sides of face and neck threading for the 1st time. The lady was really nice and warm and the result very professional. Made sure she knew my skin type beforehand and tried to make the process the least painful possible.

Apart from the appointment before me running late (which meant my appointment was half an hour delayed, leaving me loitering), the wax itself was very good and staff very friendly and comforting.
