The atmosphere is always nice, and the staff is always polite. Children haircut wasn't perfect but I guess that was expected as we booked with the junior stylist. All in all a good experience.

Honestly a Fantastic massage. I was so stiff and Ozga really helped. The massage was firm but not painful. The music and water sounds were turned up enough to drown out outside noise but were not too high as to be disturbing (so perfect volume). Only small complaint is that I was rather cold so heating could have been turned up more in the treatment room.
