I found the service to be amazing. It was so quick and efficient and I can’t wait to go back again!
I had to rearrange last minute and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The salon is immaculate and has a great feel.
Ambience was nice however I was waiting for a long time as they were running late, and there was an opened sauce packet on the table where I was sitting. The hair wash was lovely and the head massage was an unexpected luxury. The hair cut was in the style I asked for though I felt the hairdresser wasn’t sure how to deal with my hair as it is so curly and cut it a little too short for my liking as I knew it would bounce up a lot more than expected. Treatment of my curls was extremely poor as the hairdresser put a little mousse in my half dry hair and then diffused it on an extremely high temperature, burning my right ear slightly and leaving my hair a heat damaged ball of frizz, not a ringlet insight in contrast to my usual curls. I wouldn’t recommend anyone with curly hair go here but straight haired people I’m sure would be very satisfied with the experience.
