Not coming back unfortunately. Terrible experience. Have waxing every month for 8 years and never experienced such pain in my life. Waxer decided to remove all hair within 5 minutes I guess. Covered almost everything with wax in one time and tried to pull several times on one large piece of skin taking too much hair at once-I was shocked, almost crying (and I have a high pain tolerance). This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Completely spoiled Sunday morning.

The massage was equally relaxing whilst also muscle releasing at the same time (I had a lot of knots). A rare combination. Thank you Neda, it was brilliant.

Good service. Only negative was there was a young woman observing us the whole time and Gisa never once introduced us . The coffee is great though :)
