I was recommended a particular colourist by a friend, so I booked with him. When I showed up, they had changed my stylist without telling me. I was disappointed but assured he was the same level so I went along with it.
I told the hairdresser that I'd had a disaster with another salon 2 years ago, where my hair had been dyed too dark and I had spent that long growing out the too-dark hair. He said he understood and wouldn't colour it too dark. I showed him the colour I wanted to achieve and he said it would be no problem.
He didn't show me any colour samples but just went ahead. When he was finished, it was black. After I said I didn't want it too dark. I told him it was too dark and he said it would be fine when I washed it, and if I didn't like it, I should return to the branch. I was rushed out as I was the last person in the salon and they were clearing up.
When I contacted the salon, they took two days to respond and then said they had tried to call me and left messages (I had no messages - why would I lie about that?). I called the salon and the manager hung up on me when I asked what he would do to rectify my terrible hair.
So they changed my stylist without informing me, ruined my hair and then refused to fix it. Not even an apology.
I have been coming here for a few years for several beauty and hair treatments. They have lost my business, and all because they were rude.
Also- no loo paper in the bathroom, no drink or magazine. Premium price but no premium service.
Amazing haircut, I was seen straight away and Emre listened to exactly what I wanted done with my hair. I always come back for the amazing service and my hair has never looked healthier!
