Extremely rushed and poor quality haircut! 20 instead of 60 mins for a wash, cut and blow dry. No masks worn by any staff or customers, no sanitiser. While Lubna was cutting my hair she asked me to remove my mask and few minutes after decided to take THREE clients while leaving me sitting with water dripping from my hair. The audacity to ask me to leave a review after this terrible experience was laughable! These people don’t care about their customers AT ALL! I advice to go anywhere but here!!!

It was good. She tried to get out the knots, which were a lot, and applied good pressure. Enough to try and tackle the knots, but made sure I wasn’t too uncomfortable. The only thing that ruined it for me was the fact that I’d booked and paid an hour massage, but only got a 30min massage. Would go back again, but make sure that I’m getting what I pay for.

My first instinct was that this place needs a bit of modernising, & the massage room felt a bit small.
I was welcomed by 2 lovely ladies who were very friendly.
I had a massage which was nice & I wish went on for longer, specially on my legs!
I then decided to have a wash, cut & blow dry. There was an appointment straight after me which made it feet a bit rushed. The blow dry didn't last too long but my hair defo feels a lot healthier.
Will be going back again for sure :)
