Tbh the name of the salon seemed quite exotic. I got there and it was a side entrance to a flat upstairs. My haircut was an absolute shambles. She just kept cutting it however she wanted it. At first I thought she knew what she was doing but according to how she wanted it she just chopped, chopped chopped. I came home and asked my friends and they said it was just all lop sided in one end and seemed it had been snipped all over the place, no hair clips or dryer was used to aid the cutting...😡.

Extremely rushed and poor quality haircut! 20 instead of 60 mins for a wash, cut and blow dry. No masks worn by any staff or customers, no sanitiser. While Lubna was cutting my hair she asked me to remove my mask and few minutes after decided to take THREE clients while leaving me sitting with water dripping from my hair. The audacity to ask me to leave a review after this terrible experience was laughable! These people don’t care about their customers AT ALL! I advice to go anywhere but here!!!
