Worst experience ever. My therapist was so rude towards me. I booked a Hollywood ‘hot’ wax - she started to prepare the normal wax and when I mentioned the hot wax, she said ‘you’ll have to wait then, I need to set it up’ as if it was a chore - even tho I paid extra??? She didn’t speak to me AT ALL, I was in pain (naturally) - didn’t ask if I’m okay or pause. Burnt the side of my thigh, and my elbow. Still have hair everywhere. The bed had mini hairs all over it, probably never been cleaned.

Having been to many beauty salons, must say this is the worse ever! It was dirty, lack of customer care, both staff were on their phones when they greeted us (went with a friend), they were messaging away, not even a hello nor a smile not bothered to even look at us as we entered, there was food they prepared on the counter, was very unprofessional. A very poor experience from start to finish and thats not even talking about the parking! Was a nightmare. Definately wont be going back.

You get what you pay for. Therapist was late and the venue is run down. Head massage was ok but therapist answered the phone and the door twice within half an hour so wasn’t very relaxing. I wouldn’t go back personally.
