So firstly, I booked on Thursday 17th at 3.30pm which was cancelled due to a death in the therapist's family.
I made it clear that I was ONLY available on Tue, Thurs or weekend. I was offered a slot on Friday! Then, I was called all of a sudden on Saturday without any prior arrangement to come in. This was not possible for me, so, I was offered an appointment on Wed! After reminding the same lady numerous times, I then booked for a Tue. I just wanted it over & done, Deep did it, she was fine.
I’m really disappointed with the level of service. I was asked to wait half an hour past my appointment time as they had double booked. I was willing to wait and did.
My haircut was noticeably uneven and after getting my brows done, I had my skin bleeding and ripped skin across one eyebrow for the 5 days after my appointment - on holiday where my friends even pointed out and noticed the damaged skin. I tried to contact the salon to discuss this and was just told for days that they would ring me back, even after I sent over pictures of my skin that were requested by them. They didn’t make any effort to apologise or contact me despite saying they would. They didn’t seem to care and the customer service was poor. Would not go back even though the prices are affordable
The price was really good. The massage was good too - really helped me to sleep that night. My only real concern was that I had to ask them to change the massage bedding as it was wet from the previous clients facial. As a skin therapist myself it is basic hygiene to change the bedding in between clients. But other then that the treatment itself was worth every penny :)
