I had booked with Lubna but my session was with Jyoti who was excellent. She gave good hair growth advice and was very gentle. She asked many times to ensure I was happy with the results before I left - will be booking again.

I booked my appointment, and went in for a test for eye lash extension. She asked me to come back in 48hrs at the same time. I went exactly 2 days later, to be told that she forgot I was coming, and forgot to cancel. If you are single, fulltime working mum, then you will appreciate how hard it can be sometimes to find a babysitter and attend these appointments!
