Had such a great experience the first time, this time not so much. Tried the SNS for the first time and there was limited colours. Pedicure wasn’t done very well.

I had to wait ages for my appointment, then it was really rushed.
I feel like it should be cheaper for the service you get. Manicure wasn’t done properly (cuticles removed with drill only). And there’s a piece of fluff stuck in one of the nails. Been here a few times and it seems to get worse each time.
