Nice space and good attention to detail from the technician on my SNS manicure. I did however experience some awkwardness with the technician following my treatment - as I was asked to pay an additional £5 (which is fine of course) but the card machine wasn’t working so I had to nip out to get cash (also fine) however, when I returned to pay, the technician looked in the drawer and explained that they had no change, his mood then changed and he became very frosty with me, not offering any solution but almost ignoring me. In the end, I made a purchase in a store to ensure I had the correct change, and when I returned another member of staff sincerely apologised. They seemed overstretched, but it was all a bit strange and I think the awkwardness of that encounter would deter me from returning sadly!
