Staff is superfriendly and they really try to meet all your needs. I'd booked a acrylic nail extension but I ended up with the sns after they recommended it and I'm so happy I did! nice little saloon aswell.

Really disappointed. This is my third visit for the same treatment booked via Treatwell. Never had a problem before but this time the whole experience was terrible. I arrived early in the off chance they could start earlier but found out they wouldn’t honour my booking as they hadn’t seen the treatwell system and others were booked in for the same time. I explained I had a 4 month old baby waiting and no one was in the salon at the time but hey wouldn’t honour my booking nor take my circumstances into account. I had to wait 45 mins, my baby woke up and then screamed throughout the appointment. The woman behind the desk also tried to charge me for a shellac soak off when it is included in the price (as I was taking off shellac from previous visit to the same salon). All in all stressful and disappointing when it didn’t need to be. Manicure was fine (nothing special). Only booked there because it’s local and I don’t have luxury of travelling far because of my baby. The treatment was meant to be a treat for me and for £30 a go that’s a lot of money out of statutory maternity leave. Staff need to know how terrible this experience this was for me. Only giving a star as I finally got a manicure after much waiting.
