This is the second time I've had a Hollywood wax with Nikki and again I was so happy with the result. Nikki is incredibly thorough, friendly and efficient and I'll definitely be returning to Willow.

The overall experience was great - my beautician was lovely and made me feel relaxed from the first moment i sat down (even when I was 10 minutes late to the appointment). There was a good choice of colours and my niles were filed and buffed to perfection. I did feel like she was in a rush as she took her time throughout with conversation following. The only down side was that the nails were down across a bed rather than a table and the room was a little dingy.

the staff is nice, the place relatively clean and appointments are sharps. the result was very satisfying, i had a manicure which lasted for 1 week and a pedicure which stayed 2 weeks
