Nikki, the therapist, was warm, friendly and very good at her job. Made me feel relaxed as soon as I met her. It was just unfortunate that the man that greeted me upon arrival wasn't as welcoming. Good location and great value for such an experienced and efficient therapist.

This place is tip top. Had colour, cut & blow dry done. Very efficient place and nice atmosphere. Good choice of magazines, refreshments including wine were offered (nice touch). I was very impressed, I like them and will book with them again.

They were really friendly, kindly rearranged even though I'd messed up my dates AND was late. The hair salon was clean and elegant without being intimidating. Nikki was also super friendly, very professional and chatty, and really accomodated/checked what I wanted as she went. It was nice to stay in the same private room for waxing and nails rather than being dragged around the building.

I had a Brazilian wax at Willow Hair. It was effective and quick, though a little more painful than anticipated and usual, and not as carefully done as in the past. Overall a reasonable wax and good experience.

It was not bad but I would highlight a few bad things that will make me not going back: the treatment was rushed and in fact the quickest Shellac I have ever had (20 min), it did not include retiring the cuticle and therefore the Shellac paint was applied unevenly so it did not look good, the polish once applied had some small air bubbles so I wasn't impressed; and lastly, the nail was not painted on the edge which caused the treatment not to last as long as it does normally. :(
