First time visiting Willow, had a full arm wax with Nikki who was lovely. The salon itself has a nice decor and is clean. Would go back :)

so happy with my haircut. I had had a terrible one previously and was a bit nervous but hannah talked me through everything she was going to do and only took off a small amount of length. Now my hair has a great style and I think it really suits me. Already booked my next appointment.

Staff were lovely, but the deluxe pedicure the feet were scrubbed dry - I've always had my feet soaked before. The staff were lovely and very bubbly. Lovely decor and relaxing experience.

As always the Hollywood wax with Nikki was great. Having had problems with ingrowing hairs she suggestion some remedies for this and I purchased a product from the salon.
The therapy room has just been redecorated and looks great. I'd highly recommend!
