Lovely staff, very chatty but professional. There was a great colour choice and they used quality OPI varnish. Loved my holiday pedicure
Pedicure
I really enjoyed this treatment and the staff were really nice and friendly, I have already been back for another treatment!
Microdermabrasion
Had gone to another place before Willow and was NOT impressed. Used too hot of wax which left burn marks.
Staff here takes their time, isn't patchy, and much more attentive.
Overall super-quick, but not rushed.
Hollywood Waxing
I had half a head of highlights and a rough blowdry treatment. The stylist took time to understand exactly what kind of look I wanted and showed me a range of colours, recommending those that went well together and would blend well with my hair. I am so pleased with the result as it's exactly what I wanted. The actual salon itself was clean and the ambiance very relaxing, highly recommended.
Hair Colouring
The salon is lovely in a very ambient environment below the hair salon. The treatment used strip wax which should really have been with hot wax for the price and for better results. Otherwise everything was great but you should always use hot wax for this type of treatment.
