The haircut was ok, nothing special. I wanted some nice layers, however didn't really get much. The haircut was at lunch time and I mentioned that I didn't want my hair to look as I was going on a night out, however she didn't listen to me. I guess it was meant to mask the bad haircut

Jenn is fantastic and I can't recommend her enough! She listens to exactly what you want and ensures that you're happy with what's being done throughout the cut. The only hairdresser who's ever done what I've asked!
