Roula was fast and efficient but also detailed. First time at LUXX after 3 years and glad to stay it’s still as brilliant as I remember. They fit me in half an hour earlier at my request which was very helpful. Thank you!

Absolutely LOVE my BIAB nails. Never had them before (usually a dip nail girl), but Tony explained everything and took the time to make sure I was absolutely happy with them. They are EXACTLY what I want and a really reasonable price, especially for central London.
They were running slightly behind when I arrived, but I was given tea whilst I waited and my appointment wasn't rushed at all (to make up time).
I've definitely found my regular nail salon going forward and highly recommend.
