The person shown is not the person who do my pedicure it was a guy instead. It’s awful didn’t remove any hard skin feet the pedicure it’s self is shabby the shellac is not even bumpy in places and looks faded! Will not be going again not worth the £47 so better places near by

Nail technician too aggressive with my cuticle and it started bleeding. I found her too rough and in a rush and was stressing out for most of the experience. Worst but was she seemed to think this was normal behaviour. When I stated several times that I have sensitive skin and to please be careful when buffing and polishing she waved my concerns aside and that made me increasingly unhappy. Great price but I wouldn't risk it and go back again.
