I was happy with my nails but not my feet as I still have hard skin on my feet wasn't worth the cost also water was very cold and my treatment didn't last as long as it said it would I will not be going back there

Despite the fact that I was charged 10 pounds more in person I am pretty disappointed on the quality of my nails. Most of them are nearly broken. The nail artist was coughing all the time he was doing my nails something that made me feel really uncomfortable. My nails are much shorter than I asked to be and they haven’t lasted. I wish I was able to get a refund since the nails only lasted 5-6 days. English was a problem since he couldn’t understand what I said -communication barrier.
