Quite rude - showed them a picture of what I wanted, it was a really simple design and a friend had had them done at the shop just days earlier. Looks entirely different to what I asked for and when disputed they were extremely rude. I then had to pay more even though I’d paid online!!

Love this place. So skilled and friendly at great value. Nails last for ages too. Nothing is too much trouble and they're so relaxing and gentle. Had Tony a few times but had Anna this time and she was equally as fabulous. Won't go anywhere else now.
