Booked an appointment for 6.15. I arrived at 6.20 as the directions on google were wrong. I called them to let me know. I had to then wait over 10 minutes before I was seen to. Even if i had arrived on time, I would have had to wait as they were half way through other clients nails. I ended up spending £8 more at the end and they never told me this in the beginning which I feel they should have. Been here before and loved the way the way they've done my nails (normally a guy) must be a bad day
