Gail was amazing; having recently had a baby I was a little nervous but I left feeling like I'd been to a spa! Friendly, professional and thorough, it was the most painless and efficient wax I've ever had. What a gem to find and will definitely be recommending Gail. Highly recommend the relax and wax too-stick on the headphones and zone out of your daily grind!!!

This is one of the best waxes I've had in London- the results were excellent with no marks left. Gail was wonderful and talked me through post care which is a reraity!! Overall great experience and have booked to go back in four weeks!
