Gail was friendly, chatty and very knowledgeable in regards to hair removal methods. She gave me lots of tips and even a serum to apply for 2 days after waxing to slow down the re-growth! I was satisfied with the result and I will come back, the price is very good value and with the loyalty card you even get the 7th wax for free!

Gail was amazing; having recently had a baby I was a little nervous but I left feeling like I'd been to a spa! Friendly, professional and thorough, it was the most painless and efficient wax I've ever had. What a gem to find and will definitely be recommending Gail.
