My therapist made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She worked very efficiently and I had every confidence she knew what she was doing. She was very professional throughout and the finished result was brilliant and very very thorough. I loved watching Sex and the City too!

I'd just moved to London and was cautious about choosing a waxer due to bad experiences in the past. When I noted how cheap it was and that it was located in a pharma centre I did have my reservations, but decided to try it out based on the good reviews. I was not disappointed! Nicoleta is lovely and puts you at ease immediately. The place is very clean and has great ambience, and although I had left it a long while between waxes, it was the most painless and thorough wax I've ever had! Gem of a find, and great value for money. Dont waste £30+ when you can go here and get just as good, if not better service.

The place is inside the pharmacy so it's not very easy to find and they should announce it better even when you are inside the shop. You have to go downstairs and there's small reception. The staff are very nice and professional. I did full leg and hollywood waxing and was quick and in one hour was finished.
The value is very affordable comparing to other places I have been before. Highly recommend!
