a bit tricky to find- you have to go into the pharmacy and take the stairs down opposite the till. really nice staff- amazingly good price for a lycon wax which a lot of places do not use. and there is a tv in the corner so you can watch sex & the city during your wax. will definitely go again.

The experience was awesome...I got the Brazilian Wax treatment with Geanina and she was really gracious...we were talking whole time what made it very comfortable and fast! It didn't hurt at all!

There might have been system error or last minute absence of the staff. The treatment was done by a staff I did not appoint on my booking. Good treatment overall.

Made me bleed.
This was the worst, most painful waxing experience of my life (and I have been getting waxes for a number of years). The waxing made me bleed, gave me blood blisters and was exceptionally rough.
The woman didn't say a word to me throughout the process (she was more interested in watching the TV that was playing in the background), and did none of the "best practice" techniques that are used elsewhere (e.g. didn't ask me to stretch the skin, or breathe in etc.).
When I complained at the end of the session, she told me it was "my fault" that I was bleeding (!!) because I hadn't been for a wax in two months.
It was a violating and unprofessional experience. If the waxer was so inexperienced that she cannot do waxes on someone who has missed one regular session, they shouldn't be allowed to be in business.
I left this salon in tears.

The package was very well priced, and the environment nice. However the wax (hollywood) was not the best - I had lots of plucking to do myself at home afterwards!
