I got the Hollywood wax and it was the least painful bikini wax I've ever had. They did a great job and really paid attention to detail. Already booked my appointment for the next time I'm in London.

The treatment was extremely rushed and completed in less than 30 minutes for a hollywood wax, underarm and half legs. The women did not talk the entire time which made it quite uncomfortable. When she did my underarms she did not test the temperature of the wax and it was HOT which left me with a slight burn to which she did not even apologise! Disappointed because it appears that I was unlucky with my women
