Booked on Wowcher for Wowcher treatment and never got it. Didn’t book in treatwell and service was not as expected. Therapist advised on facilities working and expected me to not shower after piling on oil. I have tried to contact them but they have decided to ignore me. I feel like this isn’t really much of a spa and treatment was borderline ok. Poor service overall. Will not be returning.

My treatments were lovely, the treatment room was a bit small. the reception area looked liked it needed a bit of clean, floor and skirting boards were dirty and looking tired.

There wasn’t much of a consultation prior to the appointment, just a short health form. My bed was so rocky. It would tilt up then down on the up and down massage of my lower body. I felt so motion sick I had to keep my head raised and eyes open. Therapist was lovely & I believe was aware as she said it wouldn’t do it when she was massaging my upper body. The chill out area was nice but when I leaned forward to adjust myself, the egg chair fell with me in it hurting my arm! Nice staff though!
