Our experience at the Luenire SPA was exceptional. We were served complimentary drinks both before and after our session. During our session, we were cared for constantly, and our requested areas of focus were attended to carefully.
The overall experience was remarkable, and we hope to visit again as soon as possible.

-Customer service is very poor.
-Very offended during interactions with staff member whom I believe is the manager.
-The facilities are poor & sauna was broken on visit. Will not recommend spa to anyone.
-Have definitely never had such a poor experience at a spa/treatment facility before.
-I could give examples of my interactions with the staff members and would like to make a formal complaint- but unsure how to as the manager of the facility is the issue.
