I purchased a day spa package and paid online with no info in regards of the services included. Received an email confirming a 55min total body massage, though still no more details about the rest of the package. On the same day, just after the massage, I was told there was no rest of the package for the access to the spa: only the sauna would have been a possibility, but that day it was not available as under some maintenance that was never mentioned on the site at the moment of the purchase
