A welcoming, calm & relaxed atmosphere. Very professional and I felt in good hands. Loved the body scrub and my skin was silky soft and glowing afterwards. The anti aging facial was amazing, I would have liked to know what was happening at each stage of the facial but I could have asked so that’s not on the therapist. Overall a wonderful experience.

The environment was clean and the ladies were lovely and welcoming. However, i did not get the treatments i originally booked. I got email 2 days to my appointment to say my booked treatments was not available. They offered back and neck massage instead. The massage was not the best as it was dry as the therapist seem to not want to use products. It was so dry and uncomfortable. Overall, really disappointed.
