Cleanliness wasn't the best at all, shower door had limescale and didn’t seal properly leaving a leak in the floor (slippery hazard) there were cameras in the tiny “changing rooms”, “spa facilities accessible from 10 am “were misleading as it was literally just a 2 person sauna. Robes were dirty, tired and had holes. No towels were given we had to use the robes then had to go to the treatment damp. Staff were lovely, polite and welcoming but the facilities will prevent me from ever coming back.
