My time was changed at short notice but I was able to make the new time so that was ok. However they then called me 45 minutes before the new time asking it to be brought forward which was a bit pushy. I was then a little late and rang to apologise and was warned I would be late which I thought was rather unnecessary - it was my own time I was wasting after all! The treatment was a standard beauty salon massage, not a Swedish massage at all and I wasn't asked about my pressure preferences. So ok for a relax but not therapeutic at all.

My manicure was not done properly and it was not looking very good. Very disappointed wouldn't go there again for a manicure.

The girl who washed my hair didn't seem too bothered that the seat was not position properly resulting me to slide and no foot rest was lifted, she seemed far to distracted, not engaging well. The hairdresser was harsh pushing my head around to position where he wanted it to be rather then considering customers comfort or any care. Sorry, wouldn't come back again, beauty or hairdressing time should be pamper and relaxing.
