I was pleasantly surprised by the treatment I received at Luca. It's rare for me to visit new salons but this one really ticked the boxes! I especially liked how the hairdresser, Elizabeth, blow dried my hair. And Anna, who did the waxing, was so gentle with it and a very friendly girl. I would go back.

My time was changed at short notice but I was able to make the new time so that was ok. However they then called me 45 minutes before the new time asking it to be brought forward which was a bit pushy. I was then a little late and rang to apologise and was warned I would be late which I thought was rather unnecessary - it was my own time I was wasting after all! The treatment was a standard beauty salon massage, not a Swedish massage at all and I wasn't asked about my pressure preferences. So ok for a relax but not therapeutic at all.
