Appalled - the man who cut my hair couldn’t cut my fringe in a straight line so he kept cutting it shorter and shorter. I got really upset so someone else took over and evened up my fringe, but it was still too short. I look ridiculous. I had paid upon booking and they didn’t even offer me a refund - just a teeny sample bottle of hair oil as a “gift”. I would so don’t go near this place with a barge pole.
