I've never been to a salon for hair treatment before so didn't know what to expect. Staff were very friendly and did a great cut and colouring was good, though I have nothing to compare it to. I was however not impressed with unexpected extra charges at the end, despite never being told at all. Was charged for the toner but was told that it was part of the process, so seems ridiculous to pay extra for it. As a result I couldn't leave a tip and probably won't return to the salon as it's lost my trust.

Wax itself was done rather quickly and was messy. Started off by doing strip wax when I had asked for hot wax. To finish it off I was then cut and bleeding thankfully not a lot, although the lady was apologetic felt it was brushed off so this is the first and last time I will be visiting here!
