Went to see Adrian for a shoulder pain. Assessment was thorough and together with treatment I was give exercises to carry out at home. I was particularly impressed with the documentation shared. Still on the mend but happy so far..

As this was my first massage in years, Andrea gave me a quick once over. Subsequently decided that different parts of my body were in worse shape than my shoulders and neck and focused on these instead. A little sore the next day, but I really enjoyed the session and am looking to book again in the next couple weeks. Can't recommend more
