I highly recommend osteopathy with Adrian! He is extremely knowledgeable, informative, friendly and pays good attention to detail. I have already noticed an amazing improvement after only two sessions!

The massage was ok. The massage room was a bit on the simple side. My neck and shoulder pain relieved a little but it was not the level of pressure I needed and the source of pain was not really identified so the main points of pain were still there after the treatment

The deep tissue massage included cupping and a massage gun both of which were new to me. These definitely improved the experience. The pressure was perfect and the massage really focused on my rotator cuff and shoulders in general which was perfect. I was also given some really helpful exercises to do at home for my rotator cuff and also a bottle of water to take away which was a nice little touch. It was a really comfy atmospheric room as well.
