Went through an assessment and also got home exercises to do to correct underlying postural and mobility issues. After the treatment, I did notice that my mobility had improved.

The overall experience was okay I guess but I booked a 45 min massage and 15 of that was spent chatting and signing forms. Really not impressed. When I have paid for 45 minutes of massage I expect to get the full 45 minutes.
