Farah was lovely if I go back it would be because of her kindness and how sweet she was, I had a facial and massage a deal I found via wowcher.
The room I had my treatment in could have been warmed as I felt cold laying there.
Farah seemed quite busy at the time which meant I was left with a towel on my face which turned cold and and left me shivering in an already cold room. This was my only real complaint.
I don’t think anyone should purchase via wowcher voucher as this causes problems.

I have known Farah for 4 years now and I go to see her approx 3-4 times a year for a Keratin treatment. She is always welcoming and responsive to messages and attentive. She’s friendly and hard working and I can recommend Farah to carry out each treatment to the best of her ability. Really happy to have her 😊

Last time I went over 2 years ago I didn’t take any dye but I remember that she said I could bring mine. I did this.
There was a hard sell tho for treatment when she was clearly very busy the girl next to me said I had to lea e it on for an hour Farrah said she would do in 15 mins when I refused she tried a mask so then when charging although my hair didn’t reach my shoulders I called medium she said I needed to pay more fir long. She takes on too much
