Booked appointment, managed to get an early one. As covid is still in place I had the entire salon with 2 staff members including Farah. You do get penalised for lateness which is expected. I was able to add additional treatments into my appointment time. Relaxed into treatments with refreshments. I will be making appointments for additional treatments with the salon.

I am so pleased I started coming to London Ladies hair and beauty. It's such a welcoming & friendly place. I've had treatments from both Farah & Sara. London Ladies Hair and Beauty has miraculously transformed my hair with their keratin treatment! I've received so many compliments afterwards about my hair. I had a really enjoyable time at London Ladies. I initially went in with a Wowcher deal for massage & a beauty treatment & left having had two more reduced priced treatments offered by the friendly, knowledgeable & sweet Farrah! I was very impressed with all my treatments & the time Farrah spent on making me feel welcome. Using her array of wellbeing, beauty & hair skills I left with amazing lifted eyelashes, relaxed face & back & feet, & silky soft hair!! I will definitely be going back!!!
