Last time I went over 2 years ago I didn’t take any dye but I remember that she said I could bring mine. I did this.
There was a hard sell tho for treatment when she was clearly very busy the girl next to me said I had to lea e it on for an hour Farrah said she would do in 15 mins when I refused she tried a mask so then when charging although my hair didn’t reach my shoulders I called medium she said I needed to pay more fir long. She takes on too much

Booked appointment, managed to get an early one. As covid is still in place I had the entire salon with 2 staff members including Farah. You do get penalised for lateness which is expected. I was able to add additional treatments into my appointment time. Relaxed into treatments with refreshments. I will be making appointments for additional treatments with the salon.
