I had to pay an extra £2 to have my nails painted- this was not clear when I made booking. I was going to have to pay more for certain nail varnishes, and they all seemed quite old.

It is a very cheap salon so you can't expect the best treatment. However o had a waxing and it was most painful and about half of the hair left. I had to completely shave my legs as she barely removed any hair. She kept trying to sell further treatments which got a bit annoying after a while. I also spent approx 2,5h for waxing plus nails which is unacceptable. She kept treating other clients in between.
Nails are ok. Not a big choice of colours and most of the colours were dried out which narrowed the selection even more.
Staff was nice and they tried their best. I wouldn't go there again and wouldn't recommend it to a friend. Rather invest a little bit more money and get a satisfying result.

The lady who took care of my wax was not the same as the person I requested but she was very good. The place is not spot on in terms of cleanliness and i was charged extra money without prior warning.
