I went to get a shellac manucure and I have never been this disappointed. I was left with my nails looking unfinished and sticky when it's supposed to be shiny. The second coat of polish isn't evenly spread out on the nail. The next day my nails were already chipped. There also isn't much choice in colours.
The only positive point was that the staff was nice and welcoming.

Jila was very attentive to my needs and very nice. She helped finding the right color for my hair which the last 2 hairdressers had got wrong and she has crazy skills for cranium massage during shampoo. I was very happy about my color and cut which is quite unusual for me as I am often disappointed.

Suddenly realised that old cotton wool was being reused for my nail removal and it went down hill from there. The place is filthy and hectic and my supposed two-week mani pedi peeled off in places in a day. I won't be back, it's just not worth the hassle. It's a shame because the owner is a truly lovely warm lady but the salon needs a top-to-toe blitzing clean and practices need to be bought up to standard.
