I visit this saloon regularly, Farah and Djida are two very professional, friendly and caring ladies. All of my treatments have been very pleasant and effective.
In the last 2 months I had the micro derma facial and it was wonderful, I felt 10 years younger after having it.
I also had the 3D Lipo treatment on my lower body and I was very impressed with the results after just one treatment.
I also regularly go for lymphatic draining massages because I suffer from poor circulation on my legs and they really help. Farah's massages are excellent, I understand why some ladies go there every week.
I also believe that this place offers excellent value for money as London Ladies is the only place I know in Hammersmith that offers such a wide range of treatments ( including Fat Freezing) at such competitive prices. I have recommended this saloon to all of my friends.

Super lovely and friendly staff! And nice ambiance. The lashes looked good on the day but they didn't last at all. By the third day, most of the lashes had fallen off and I was told they should last at least a week. Waste of money for me unfortunately and definitely disappointed. Will not do again.

This is my third time getting my eyebrows done by Farah. She remembers exactly how I like them to be done and has a very nice manner. If they are not dark enough, she always reapplys the dye to make sure I'm happy with it first. I got a pedicure done for the first time by Clara, who was amazing. It's been four weeks since I got it done and none have ripped or come off. Clara was great (and thorough) and I would definitely recommend!!

I feel bad writing this but the experience I had there has given me no choice. I arrived 15 mins early for my shellac removal and manicure. I was asked to pay upfront because when my treatment finished they would be really busy. I was skeptical at this and should have questioned it further, but I didn't and paid up. It was obvious from the moment I sat down the lady was unqualified! The removal of the shellac was using old tin-foil (unhygienic) and was extremely painful. The lighting in the salon is terrible so it was hard to see the job being done but I was left with sticky(not shiny) and lumpy nails. She hadn't gone to the edges and the finished product was terrible. It had also taken over an hour. I waited for the owner to finish with a client as the lady who was doing my nails spoke hardly any English and couldn't understand my frustrations. The owner took me into a back room as I think she expected me to complain. I showed her my nails and expressed how disappointed with them I was. It was very obvious the quality was extremely poor - she acknowledged this and told me "the lady (her employee) wasn't good at doing nails and she could do a better job so to come back another time and she would fix them". I explained this wasn't an option and would like a refund (as I would not have paid for the service had I not been forced to pay upfront). She told me refunds weren't part of her policy and she couldn't give me my money back as the products and lighting had been used!!!! I will not return to this place. It is extremely unprofessional and is not worth the cheap price!! There was hardly any colours to choose from either.
