so incredibly disappointed. i had asked to have my gel powder nails removed - i was very surprised when they wrapped them in foil as this has never been done in all my experience of having them applied. i expressed concern but the friendly women reassured me. 45 mns later, bits of cotton were still stuck to my nails while they attempted to use an electric file to remove them. this was very painful - and although they persevered, they ultimately failed, leaving me with raw nails and bits of gel powder still stuck to them.
to add insult to injury, they still charged me the £10 and said next time they would have to adjust their prices to reflect the amount of time taken for the job - despite a) them not having done an adequate job and b) this ordinarily being a 15 mn process in other venues. the icing on the cake was when they told me i should consider not applying the gel powder again!
on the plus, they did a good job on the haircut and blowdry - however sadly this is not enough to make me go back.

Farah is a lovely lady who is very precise and attentive. She asked me how i want my lashes to look like, and advised me when i had some questions. Its the second time that i have tried eyelashes and i love the result. I cant feel them but it looks amazing. Its been a week now and i will definitely be back for my refill!

I had a all over colour but asked for it without ammonia so was charged £13 extra then because I wanted a blow dry another £10 so the advertised price was not as cheap for me in the end.
I have to admit I wasn't sure but now like and the colour has been admired.
