Had a shellac mani & pedi, hollywood; full leg, arm and underarm wax and eyebrow threading. Farrah did my manicure and it looks amazing. Jila did the rest of the treatments and did an amazing job. The best eyebrow threading i ever had and it looks great. Jila was very attentive and gracious during all the treatments and i am very pleased with the waxing service! I will definitely be back. Thank you Farrah and Jila for the great service and treatments!

I go to many different places to get my monthly Hollywood (via Treatwell) and have never had as bad an experience as this. I had left my wax til a couple of weeks later than usual so I was expecting it to be a little more painful than usual, but not as bad as it was!
The lady didn't hold my skin taught when she pulled off the waxing strips pulling directly away from the body and essentially stretching my skin, at one point I was convinced she had pulled my skin off (she hadn't). Once finished I still had stray hairs and wax residue everywhere. Awful. Will not be returning. The salon did seem quite busy so I can only assume I was caught unlucky with the member of staff that did my treatment, however the pain was so bad I won't be taking the risk again!

Worst waxing I have ever had. The wax in the roller kept getting stuck, was really sticky and clumpy and uncomfortable as it was being applied. Towards the end of the wax the therapist changed the roller to a new one which was far too hot and painful do I asked the therapist to stop waxing me. When I got up from the bed my legs were covered in large clumps of wax and bits of paper from the hygiene cover on the bed, the therapist proceeded to try and pick the wax off my legs with her fingernails - she had no gloves on and this is a totally inappropriate and unhygienic method of removing wax, I asked her to stop doing this but her English was very limited and Im not sure she understood why I wanted her to stop! Will definitely not be back.

This was my very first time having a Brazilian blow dry Keratin treatment. And I am so happy I went there and had it done. Farah did an amazing job. Everyone at work kept telling how great I look. Thank you Farah. I will return and also brings friends .
